Growatt 5kw

Help please. So we have a 3x 5kw growatt inverters installed in a 3phase configuration 1 for each phase with 2x lithium For each inverter. Its used as backup only, So the inverters has no solar panels. The problem is that all 3 inverters gets power in from grid side but they don't give power out at the load side even on the display the inverter shows it's not giving any power out to load side. And its like this across all 3 inverters, so im not sure if its A comunication Problem or a hardware problem. If there is anyone that might know whats wrong i would appreciate It if you could help.

It doesn't sound like they are having moment, remember the good old days when it was allowed to give appliances a good, firm smack and they quickly found their bearings and sprang back to life? Looks like your inverters need that.

Have you tried cutting the supplies and see if they can supply the load on batteries?
