(GRRRR) Diablo II Servers

no more ethereality,,,,, i used to play Diablo II wit a mate of mine, ethereality server is shut down, i need another SA server pls, som1 help me pls

Yeah I stopped playing there when it started going offline often.

Maybe the War3/Twilight guys could help you out? We play Starcraft on their W3 server.

hmm im on there now (war3) but all got attitude as usual

Then just start your own channel where you don't need to be around W3 kiddies. Advertise it in your signature like I do etc.

well, i connected to the server, it told me no realms are up, so i dunno what to do now, ill ask serenity when he online

No they don't.And it won't happen anytime soon because they need a extra pc to run the d2 server from.There is a post up on www.war3.co.za\forum
for diablo2 many ppl asking for it.The prob is war3za is non profit server u don't need to pay to play. The host doesn't make any money out of it so he can't go out and buy a extra pc for d2.Unless he uses he's own money I don't see that happening.

I also want a local d2 server so if u find one plz post it.

I really miss the old days of Diablo 2! Ethereality, were really great and the people that I met there were super!
Wonder how many of them actualy browse this forum?
I used to have the higest level paladin on the server, Aghammers
And still remember the forge runs me Henning and Mort use to do for weeks on end and upgrading runes Really fun times.

The only problem is we need a v1.11b server and not a v1.10 one and let's just say there's a loooong story behind that problem. However I am definitely up for a local d2 server (as long as its v1.11b).
