Very true that, i am a heavy Porsche fan i would take the GT2 if i was a serious track racer or racing enthusiast, but if i wanted to show off to all my friends and other people on the road i would have the LP560

Actually I am a VAG hater - but in all honesty those are both pretty awesome cars. Porsche GTs are indeed more the race/track car while the Lambo is more of a looker (and it has creature comforts).
Personally I still think the best alrounder between these two worlds is the new CLK Black Ed. AMG

The mistake there is that Lambo is not built as a track car. The GT2 was!
The Lambo was much faster in a straight line than the GT2.
If Lambo makes a a new Superlegera with this new engine and they put it up against the GT2 and maybe the F430 Scuderia, then we'll see!

Mercedes is built for comfort and safety first, speed and power later. It is built because it is classy and beautiful yet very modern. They started the whole German Blue Motoring move and was kind enough to share it with the rest. They are, The Future of the Automobile

Actually it is funny, and I am with him on that. But yes, the two cars are pretty far apart in terms of market place.

....illl take any of these machines any day ...
GT2's have always been a handful, but that LP560 looks tooooooo "SHEXY"!!!!
