GT247 vs Mexem

So I'm looking to get into share trading. Slowly. Going through my phase.

Do any of you have the time to explain the difference in the two platforms GT247 and Mexem.

I'm struggling to understand from what I read up.

Hi all,

So i decided to ask them directly.

GT247 is South African equities only and forex.
Mexem i.e. Interactive Brokers is offshore only.

Both offer things like Margin trading and CFDs and so on.

GT247 is utilised via the MT5 platform. Interactive Brokers has their own apps and infrastructure for this.

I'd say a growth route is as follows:

1. EasyEquities for basic trading.
2. GT247 for the next step up
3. Mexem for when you're sure.

That said your mileage will vary. #2 and #3 can be approached at once depending on your objective.
