Hi there,

Got tired of The Division, so I got the GTA 5 game this weekend just for casual gaming.
I played it on the PS3 and now got it on the PS4 just for online gaming.

Luckily the next one will only be released in 2020 according to rumors and I know they have the one installment for a while before they release the next version.

RDR2 is out next year only.

So the question is,

What is the easiest ways to make money and rank up?
Are there specific missions to do to actually make both quickly r is it mostly grind work?

I started this weekend after a 17.7 gb update file and is now only at level 16 with about 300k in the bank

Daily objectives and heists bring in a lot of cash and XP.

What are the servers like?

Rather good.

Must say I am surprised that after a year there is still a lot of people that plays.
Its just a fun in betweener for me at this stage.

Noob question but where do you see what is the daily heists and missions?

I have played this game on Xbox 360 and on Xbox One. I am still waiting for the day where it is cheap enough on PC so that I can justify buying it a third time

That is the funny thing, the game is almost the same price as it was on launch.
I see at least PSN have a special on for R499

The heists are unlocked at lvl 15. You can find them in your interaction menu. Hold PS back button or Xbox select button to bring the menu up.

Is there still a lot of people in SA that is playing the game on PC

When I last played on XBOne I struggled to find people to do the heists with

I stopped playing GTA Online when the money-grabbing bs from Rockstar became too much. The cost of in-game items is absolutely insane. And this is coming from someone who is rank 122 (see how long it takes you to get that high with the nerfed RP payouts) and who has spent a grand total of $143m according to my player stats. I've been playing since the day of GTA Online's horrific launch on PS3. I did take a long break eventually until I bought the game again on PC.

At the moment I have $3.8m in the bank. It wouldn't touch sides on buying most of the new stuff available from the last few months. Cars are getting more and more expensive, as are aircraft, ammunition expenses are ridiculous, clothes are also ridiculous etc. Buying the best yacht and the golden jet and helicopter will set you back around $30m.

There are only three types of players who can afford to own everything in GTA Online (I own almost everything):
1 - someone who spends a fortune on shark cards
2 - someone who money glitches like mad each time a new one is discovered (usually not possible)
3 - someone who spends a truly unholy amount of time playing

I'm tired of that crap. All Rockstar had to do was make all the in-game goods reasonably priced, money easy to earn and leave us to have fun with our friends.

Lol, I fortunately installed a mod on my ps3 and generates 400Mil $ and then when I transferred to the ps4 my money went through, I have abt 325M$ now

I could never get into GTA Online. I don't have the time to earn enough credits to buy anything useful and just get obliterated every time I enter a game.

You really have to commit a lot of time to rank up and earn money.

I don't think I would ever have had fun with GTA Online if not for friends also playing the game. There have been countless hours of enormous fun, despite the bs antics of Rockstar.

One of the reasons I really, really hope Rockstar brings Red Dead Redemption 2 to the Nintendo Switch is for how epic multiplayer will be. Everyone I know who has any interest in gaming, including myself, plans to get a Switch. Our posse could be amazing. And the portable aspect is just a cherry on top. No reason it can't happen if the Nvidia Tegra chip is as powerful as some rumours suggest - between the XB1 and PS4 when docked.

Not gonna happen. Tegra is weak compared to a normal gpu.

Whatever the case, though, it seems the raw power will be somewhere between 1TFLOP and 1.5TFLOPs. That figure puts it in range of the Xbox One, which quoted 1.31TFLOPs, and behind the PlayStation 4, which quoted 1.84TFLOPs.

I don't think it's a likelihood that the Switch will turn out to be that powerful, but I'll hold out a glimmer of hope that it's more graphically competitive than people expected.

Anyone interested in doing some heists on PC?

It would be nice to do it with fellow saffers and not random russians.

I don't mind. I have a step-bro who might be up for a heist too. Add me - M3ND4C17Y.
