CDKeys. Use EUR instead of USD. That's just a key though. Local stores are unlikely to have good prices. The patches are probably a substantial download anyway.

Takealot had it on special a little while back for R589, I picked it up then with eBucks. I'm pretty sure you'll see more specials more often as it gets older.
That's not a great price. Anything can get a local discount if you wait long enough. The problem is if you want the game now. I would advise someone who doesn't mind waiting to get GTA V in the next Steam sale. Will be R400 more than likely.

Was the cheapest at the time, cheaper than Steam otherwise would have bought it there.
It was going for R599 from many places not so long ago, got mine from musica. Worth every cent!
The new DLC dropped today. Managed to get online this afternoon for about an hour and bought most of the new content. The two new hypercars are a bit crap, and cost over $2m each after LS Customs. The most expensive office fully configured cost around $8m. So glad we can finally customise our weapon wheel. It's clear why Rockstar don't charge anything for the DLC - they are coining it with their stupid shark cards. There is no way anyone can buy all the stuff in this game without glitching money or buying shark cards. Just a yacht + penthouse + single full garage + tank + the Hydra + office + 10mil for miscellaneous other things = $40-50m. Nevermind the gold jet for $10m and gold chopper for half that. Anyway, servers are stuffed atm. Can't even login.
Logged in to see what the upgrade brought to Online, and it seems as though there are more seamless events in the world now. That made me happy. Then I saw the prices of the businesses etc. That made me unhappy.

I already bought just about all the new stuff. It's mostly junk. Conducting company business is almost impossible. You have to do it in a public lobby, and whenever you're making a delivery half the lobby swarms you with Hydras, tanks, Akumas, sticky bombs etc. because of how much attention the game brings to your activities. Then you have the problem that your associates/drivers get paid worse than robbing stores for such unbelievably difficult cargo deliveries. It's basically broken. Hard to believe that Rockstar thought this through.
There are no steam retail discs as far as I'm aware, the boxed retail versions only activate on rockstar social club and not steam. You will have to copy over someones steam games folder or download ~60GB
I have .iso images I made from my own copy but I doubt they will be of use to you.
I decided to try the torrent way, installed the torrent then moved it to the steam library and now I only have to download 5GB

Those repacks are cool for this as some are compressed to halve the size.
It was the full 60GB reloaded version.
Why not just get it from steam then?
Well, I torrented it quite a while ago so I had the ISO already, now I only have to download 5GB instead of 60.
Ok that makes a whole lot of sense now.
