GTA V Hydra or Savage?

Which should I get next guys? I have a tank it causes havoc in free roam until a Hydra shows up and takes me out like nothing.

I like bullying in free roam but most of the time I do missions, which one would you get?

Im assuming it can hover, but if it can you can have some fun gangbanging with a jet....
