GTR vs 997TT vs R8 vs M3

Beautiful...

They all have one thing in common though - waaay out of my price league

I want the Audi
 
I love the GTR

But for me, I'd rather take the Porche for it's Manual gear box. The Semi-Auto is no fun at all :(. Rather Sad that a car with that much bhp has a semi-auto gearbox :rolleyes:.
 
I'd also rather have the Porsche but more for the fact that it has FAR less electronics performing little tricks and bestowing limitations, such as the 180km/h top speed, save for certain race tracks. Porsche looks better as well. Saw a 599GTB today though - was tempted to crash my car into a lamp post just to be able to have a better look at it - and frankly, I'd rather have that ;)

Wow the R8 has the "same" engine as the M3 and it killed it!!
They always say you cant compare Turbo cars with non turbo cars...

M3 should not have been there, maybe try the M6 or make it more interesting the 135i.
 
The M6 is way too much of a GT car to rightfully compare with those. Z4M would be a closer match or maybe one of the Mercs like a SLK55 AMG? At least we all agree that the M3 doesn't belong there.
 
Everyone always has to throw in an M3 comparison, its just the way it is.

True, but I would consider the other cars in the Super car category.
 
I agree, no way is an M3 a supercar.. def should not be in there.
Like you said, M6 would have been a good idea
 
If I were to choose a car to be given to me, I'd go with the 911. But if I had to spend my hard earned cash on one of these, even if I could afford the 911 Turbo I'd still take the GTR.

Have no idea, but money isnt an issue to him now, he's getting his R8 next week..

Said the skyline should be here by December. lucky bugger
 
As far as I know they sell for around $70 000 in the us. Speculative price between
R800 000 to R1000 000 in SA
