Guaranteed LTE coverage

Today I got this booklet, can someone please explain how the (Gauranteed LTE coverage) works?


Would be awesome if the rep can comment on this.Under T&C it must say something in the line of you must be in telkom mobile LTE coverage for this deal to be valid :erm:

I read their booklet from front to back they cover themselves it says somewhere area dependent within Telkom Mobile
