Guess Jannie`s plan.

my guess is they will : declare bankruptcy, liquidate their assets and sell their spectrum to vodacom/mtn/xxx.

dying technology is dying.

I think thats just about spot on.

I keep reading about a iBurst having "a big plan" in almost every aspect in their service i.e gaming, internet, billing etc.

But just think about what we have seen so far, its not good, really its not.

And to add to this they are going bust, so just think - How is a company that is charging far to much for a service that cant be called remotley good, that is in terms of their internet (slow and iffy) and their service in general like these billing isses and their messed up dashboard that has been going ape shi7 for months now - have we seen any hope of iBurst fixing this, no we have not.

Once again - Exactly how do people think that a company like that is going to upgrade their gaming/internet sector when they cant even get a propper useage report to us and when they are scraping the barrel for cash.

If you can, I advise everyone to leave iBurst and go for ADSL/WiMax or even 3G, my cell phones internet out performs iBurst by far.

I was actually looking at some ADSL prices the other day and liked what I saw. I've been with Iburst since last year September and don't really have any problems with them but knowing I can get more for my money elsewhere is making me think to maybe switch over to ADSL.

I'll stick around for another month or two then I'm outa here... Hopefully Iburst will come up with better caps / prices before then:)

Thanks Zodiak.

Don't take it personally. Remember when people rant on iBurst it's not at you or your boss, it's at the high prices and shoddy accounting practices. ;)

I'm sure you've been upset with a company before and posted comments about them, but you certainly weren't angry at the support guy unless he was rude. You're not to blame but if things get uncomfortable, pass the impatience onto the higher ups - you've done your job.
