I just can not handle RAIN's slow speed anymore. 0.6 Mb/s. The odd part was it was ok last year till late December then it just started to slow down to a halt.

Getting support from them is also next to impossible.

Bye bye Rain Fixed LTE, your uncapped option is killing your Fixed LTE service.

what package did you have (how many gigs a month)?
 
I wonder if its possible to transfer such packages - reason being my data package is not enough and an upgrade will only happen next month. Hence my asking of what package you had. If it were possible there are a number of people who would choose rain as a lesser evil compared to these other ISP's especially since this LTE package was discontinued and not available any more.

So if it does not help you - try and pass it on to someone else who may have better coverage or speeds.
