That's a Panoz (yes, AMERICAN) GTLM, a later development of the Esperante. I was just listening to that V8 in ForzaIII yesterday.

Yep, a friend's dad used to own 1 a few years ago, very good condition! Sadly it was written off by a drunk driver in Margate who shot through a red robot! I think he still has it in his garage but I doubt he'll be able to get it going again!

As far as I know there is no Riley 46, but a Riley 2,5 litre RMH Pathfinder. Nice Googling of the number plate.
Riley 46 was the number given by the author of Riley cars in Norway to number his pictures sequentially, but I might be mistaken.
