Penned by Giugiaro, and was in fact his first design as styling director at Ghia
Built from 1968 to 1981. Around 100 000 produced.
This design concept led to the design of the Fiat Dino ... you can actually see the lines of the Dino in this..cool when you figure out the manufacturer as one would not naturally think there would be any connection.

Hey Fazda, my brother is looking at a 2nd hand double cab / bakkie thing... which is recommended petrol or diesel ? I do not know anything about the insides of car-things... alas. My brother perhaps even less... he has a Citroen that is in for repairs (again) fuel pump troubles and electrics... I cannot believe that they made a car where is boot can only be opened with the button on a key... no manual release at all... and that too has jammed shut. Any advice would be appreciated... maybe start a new thread to keep this on track ??

It is one of those that will not be found easily. I suspect electric, self-balancing concept by some non car related company in India or China.
But I could find nothing yet...not giving up although with limited time it may take a while
