Sorry, it seems this is the best and only one I can come up with and is therefore unfair.
It is a Lorraine Dietrich 20cv Sedan (1933)

The actual model name is the T49, it was built in Spain between 1924 and 1936.
The only one with a name was the Alfonso XIII built in 1912..........Hispano-Suizas were built in Spain and France, but this one was Spanish.....I'm afraid I don't know which town it was built in, but it could have been Barcelona or Madrid
