Anyway I will commit and say it's a Gordon-Keeble GT (Bertone) somewhere between 63 & 67.

They had slight differences going from prototype to production version and they changed slightly over the production period, side indicators are a notable difference.

YES!! You see...I was stuck on a bloody Ginetta or a Gilbern, and I went blank on the Gordon Keeble!! so i was right :o I didn't get it :o
