Guess that car

If you know post the answer. New blood aint gonna figure this one out. Lets keep the ball rolling. When one of the regulars knows and nobody answers within 24hours then go for it please.
 
Makes me think David Piper but don't know really.
 
Well I hope this is an easy one I'm not sure what it is but I am sure someone here will figure it out :D . If a final decision comes into disrepute, I will stop by the owners house and ask :o . Its from the area I live in and managed to snap a pick on the way to work this week.

Awesome. Thank you, did some digging with your suggestion and it seems to be a 1929 Ford Model A 155a Town Sedan variant (I will stop by the owner and find out which variant). Admired it for years when it was parked out side or driving around the area and never knew what it was. Thanks again, your up.

I could be mistaken, but I do believe the 1929 model had a vertical windscreen. The car pictured looks more like a 1930/1931 model(160a/b/c) with the slightly slanted windscreen.
