Here's another of the barn finds ARTCURIAL is putting up for sale at its Retromobile sale in February. This one is a 1949 Talbot Lago T26 Grand Sport, one of just 29 built. It's fair to say it's in fairly secondhand nick, despite it starring at the Geneva Show in 1950 and the London Motorshow in 1951. It's got a body by Carrosserie Saoutchik – well, sort of. It's sat in a barn for 30 years and was thought lost, but here it is. Well, what's left of it. And the estimate? €400k-600k. Given that I broke the rules, I will not put forward a "guess".. but I will throw some clues out there to try and help ppl narrow down their options.
 
I don't know what's going on in this thread, my previous car was never claimed, the talbot seems to be for info sake so which car are we guessing?

I agree total confusion at the moment - Ponder, please post something new - don't make it too difficult, so that we can at least kick start this thing again.
