You might be close to the mark with the Toyota bit, as I see a toyotaesque aerial, as well as the fact that it is RHD....that badge is also like a HINO badge and they own Toyota....hmmmmmm

RHD is also not really an issue, as other japscrap has RHD even here in SA.
