Guess that car

Bugatti was founded in France by an Italian but this car is not a Bugatti and not from Italy. Continental europe yes!

I honestly thought Fazda would nail it! Next one is going to be a real biach :)

She is a beaut though ;)

Year was '37-'39. Talking about the blue one so well done on that.

As for the model you are almost there :p

Ok, looks like the yellow one I used in the hint was a 402. The blue one was a earlier 1937 Peugeot 302 Darl'mat Competition Roadster. Looks wise they are identical.
