is there a way to send a group mail to every guildie?
we are restructuring the raiding in the guild and i want to let people know what is going on (not everyone reads the motd).

No there is no system to send mail to all in guild. MOTD is the best bet, even though most dont read it.
If you want to send mail to all you will have to send it to each member individualy.

Stab in the dark but take a look at two mods called Postal and/or CT_Mailmod. They might have the facility, can't be sure.
