Guild forums running phpBB

Hey all

Anyone else have a problem posting on forums running phpBB? I find that using IE/Firefox/Chrome on my Vista machine at home: every time i click on submit to post a message it takes me to the review message page, if i click on submit again it does the same thing, seemingly an infinite number of times....

but from work on my XP machine all is well, wtf?

yes you need to enable proxies on your server, exactly the same as the sticky on this thread or els you need to log in 5 billion times.
