Guild leader need some advice?

Guys can you help me i created a guild that's open to all on TH server<The Tides of Darkness>.
Thing that's got me thinking hosting Vent or TS server should i do it from SA or should i rather have someone from EU host it?
Other thing would like to know how to go about creating guild forums?

Vent if you want to host it on a server that is not your own you need to do it from www.ventrilo.com They rent out servers. That or you can get a cracked version and run it off a machine in your room if you want.

www.wowstead.com for websites, it's free but their service sucks.

Teamspeak is for free, you just need a host for it. If you are going the whole 9 yards with the guild, renting a server host may be a good idea. You will need to learn some basic programing/ network management to set up a forum and teamspeak from a host. I am using a European webhost for my guild's TS and forum. The bandwidth is much cheaper there so for 30Euro per year I have over 50gb bandwidth available per month, more than eneugh for Teamspeak, video uploads and forums.
Took me about a day to figure out php programming, but there are some real nice tutorials out there.
For more money you can even buy a pre-setup forum plus teamspeak package.
