I dont really trust WoWjitsu too much. It seems to be pretty slow with updates.
If you are on Bloodhoof EU, I know pretty much most of the hardcore raiders there, since I am EX Bloodhoof. If you are looking at hardcore raiding, sadly Bloodhoof is not for you. There is only one decent raiding guild there **maybe 2 if consider Awsome Grats**. Ebrium is the top guild there currently.
Alliance side there are a few good guilds like eg. Cause and Effect, NoS, Gatekeepers. Horde side most guilds left / fell apart. Toy soldiers went to AoC, The Skulls core members migrated to another server, half of Bloodcult + tainted souls migrated off. I am ex Bloodcult.
There are a few BT raiding guilds like The suffering, Deathless Fire but they have a rather casual raiding approach which is nice sometimes.
Best is to check the official Bloodhoof realm forums under the thread - Bloodhoof raid progress.

Im also about to transfer off bloodhoof come end of this month.
Even the german realm i once *accidentally got stuck on for 3 months had a better battlegroup than BH.
*I transfered to a realm without realising its a german speaking realm .. had to wait 3 months for the cool down on the transfer.... yes **** like that does happen
