Gumtree issue

Hi guys
I recently sold a ps vita on gumtree (South Africa) in perfect working order. The buyer said the screen was a bit scratched but it would be fine and the deal was done. No written contract or anything it was second hand. Two days later he is demanding a refund threatening legal action if I do not give his money back as he has now decided he is not happy with the condition.

What do I do?
