I recently just bought a new property and my neighbours driveway is currently on my property due to a guy wire that is anchored in his way. Just buy the way we are borh new owners of the properties and the previous owner had both properties. To get back to the question will city power be able to move the anchor without any charge. Any advice in this will be appreciated.
