Guys please help

So I just bought an iPad 2 (wifi + 3G) with the intention of selling my iPhone 4 16GB (which I basically don't use as a phone anyway) but now I'm thinking should I rather keep the iPhone and return the iPad 2 and get the iPad 2 16GB wifi only and tether with iPhone while I'm home. So basically it's either :

A) iPad 2 (wifi + 3G)
B) iPad 2 wifi only and iPhone 4

I don't know how much I'll get for my iPhone 4 so maybe I should go with option B? Or is having both just overkill?

I would think it a PITA to have your iPhone with you everywhere to tether. And how does it impact on battery life?

Having 3G just makes sense.

I finally decided to go with the 3g one despite having an iphone. The difference in price is not too much and I don't have to tether my iPhone which drains the battery.Having 3g on the iPad is IMP the most convenient way of using the internet on the go.

Just stick with the 3g I'd say

Guess I'll keep the 3G. Now I don't know whether to exchange for the 16Gb instead! My iPhone is 16gb and not even half full. I think I just feel guilty for buying it so trying to save where I can

Now thinking get 16gb instead of 32Gb and use the price diff to buy iPod touch to replace the iPhone when I sell it
