Guys , if we dont make serious noise about this , we won't see this problem go away anytime soon.I just spoke to one of the support guys there and he did acknowledge that they're aware of the problem in CT and their technicians are working on it.He did however said he doesn't know anything about the 17th of August or when the problem will be sorted.Anyway I asked him to point me to the right person to vent out my frustration and he gave me the call center manager. His name is Vernon and he's only in during office hours.Lets all call him tomorrow and ask him to give us a commitment on when this problem will be solved..Other than that , we should all , block the contract debit orders until they deliver what they promise on their website. We cannot be treated like Sentech are doing us a favour. We're their clients and they should treat us with a little more respect. If they don't commit to getting this sorted out then , I'm willing to talk to a contact at the Sunday Times and get this out so that people know , before they choose to become Sentech clients.ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!
This is just unnacceptable.Period!
