Gym question

Did a BF% test on my scale and it registers as the same BF% as it did when I weighed 72kgs (I am now 81Kgs), so hopefully a lot of my weight is lean muscle). I don't trust those scales as far as I can throw them.

Restricting myself to 1500 - 1600 calories, tracking using myfitness pal. Will try get down to 13% -14% and start bulking at a smaller increment over TDEE

You restricting yourself to too little calories way to seen. You gonna lose bf yes but you definately gonna lose alot of muscle which im sure you don't want to. When cutting try to cut, reduce your calories gradually lets say 50calories a week untill you reach your lean muscle weight calories for the day. Remember you will need to do some more calories and if you eating to little calories you'll be burning muscle.
