H&G is?
It's called H&G pop up shop. Home and glass i think. I bought a few tealights to give as easter gifts and took them back 15 minutes later.H&G is?
only if the product is defective, then you are allowed to choose a refund, repair or replacement. If you bought something and changed your mind they are not obliged to offer a refund, or even a swap or store credit.Owner Gin Wingfield says it's against their policy. Isn't that against the law?
The big stores are no more obligated to offer refunds in the case of buyers remorse than independently owned places, if a store does do this they are doing you a favour. What a pity :-( thank you for the advice.
I bought them and saw something nicer in another shop. I could have sworn they were obliged to give a refund but obviously that's not so.
Anyway this will teach me to stay away from independently owned little places.
Tks sgain.
remember a show on 702 with the ombudsman, and it is law to honor a 14 day return policy across all consumer goods...IIRC.
Definitely not trueremember a show on 702 with the ombudsman, and it is law to honor a 14 day return policy across all consumer goods...IIRC.
Yip it's goodwill, small cost to keep a customer happy. The big stores give refunds no questions asked. Maybe they just do it for goodwill.
