Hi guys,
Got the PS properly setup with the help ps some of the guys here, only to realize the ****ers at sony were too lazy to consider system level volume controls. I know they expect it to connect to a TV, but ****
Do things like wireless remotes exist in the way of just connecting it up to existing speakers either via 3.5mm or rca connectors? I have spent my entire IT life working with system volume, my speakers are always set to 75/80% on master volume and then I let my PC manage the output level, works well when ur PC is used as a Media center and you have a MCE remote.
Now I have a set of Z-2300's so buying new ones is not really an option, not until they die and even then they too ****ing awesome to be cost effectively replaced.
I need something purchasable, Ii am IT software, not hardware, I don't own things like soldering irons and small drills and whatever other odd tool things one would use to make something like this. I am trying to avoid buying the things its own damn speakers, and even then it wont help too much with the no system level volume control.
