I’m thinking of replacing my Mygica 582 media player. What a disappointment, with limited to non existing capabilities for h265 files.
There is a plethora of options on eBay, but I don’t really know what to make of it all. Probably a lot of knockoffs and generic unbranded products. The local vendors seem to be stuck with the perpetually antiquated (hardware specs and Android version) Mygica.
On paper the CSA93 (3+32GB DDR4 Android 7.1 Nougat Amlogic S912 Octa Core 4K Smart) sold on eBay doesn’t look too shabby.
Any suggestions for a decent media player (h265, HEVC) for less than R1,500 would be appreciated
