Ok so now I have choice to make. I am currently looking at purchasing a new mouse (gaming one) as my current one (Logitech) has given me nothing but grief from the word go.

I was looking at these two Microsoft mice, Habu (Razer technology) and the Sidewinder. I was wondering what people's experiences have been using either or both?

Any advice is welcome.

SideWinder:
Pros:
For people with big hands=like you
Adjustable weights so you can make your mouse heavier
3 Sets of mouse feet, different friction.
Nice cable anchor to improve the neatness of your desktop

Cons:
Only two buttons and the wheel button is customizable, on the fly button/macro recording/utility button can not be customized.
You will addicted to play more FPS and resulted in a low utilization rate.

Will add more when I can remember.

Sidewinder also has a pointy back so if your hand slips down you'll get pricked :D

I went with the explorer 3.0 gaming mouse, the others don't really offer much more at their prices for me.

Before I bought my G5 I investigated the Cyber Sniper range, myabe check them out, they really well priced.

But I'm a loyalist, plus my brother in law works in Redmond USA for them.
I've used the Cyber Sniper before and it really doesn't jump out and say buy me.

Go with the Sidewinder.

Very good mouse.

The Habu (from what I've read) has a few problems (due to the Razer tech. no doubt)...

BOTH ARE EXCELLENT MOUSES...

Then again I use a G5 and it's fine (can't comment on Logitech service yet...).

:)
