Hacked Account

I joined Luno during Sept. 2018 and a day later my account was hacked. I am trying to get a new password from Luno, but they keep on sending the new password link to the wrong cell number. ( probably the hacker's number)
What can I do to make contact with Luno, apart from logging in, because that is of no use as they continue requesting a passsword, which I changed too many times after realizing that I have been hacked. The result of which is that I forgot what password I used last and on top of it all, they keep sending the sms to the wrong number.
