Hacking fear outweighs privacy concerns

Internet users are far more worried about computer hacking and theft of personal information than about online privacy and tracking by marketers

Jeepers, where exactly is the line between "hacking" and "tracking"?

The way I see it: A hacker must break-in to steal your information. The "tracker" can just walk in and take it legally (and sell it even to the criminal if so inclined).
