Where will I be able to buy Lights for this years halloween? ( in SA )

Mila you could also possibly try Wantitall's Halloween items. Seems rather expensive and not a huge selection, but it there are some nice decorations

Mila you must check out Woolies, they don't have an extensive range of things, but they got a few cool shaped halloween sweets.
You get a "blood bag" filled with strawberry syrup. Looks really cool.
