Halo 3 maps

Do you think there is going to be a possibility in the future of creating your own maps for Halo 3?

As exciting as the forge option is, you're still stuck with the few basic maps that Bungie has given. And they're not always everyone's cup of tea...

Doubt it. But I'm pretty sure maps will be for sale on Live Marketplace pretty soon. Definitely before Xmass.

The Bungie "vanilla" maps are fairly boring. The game is great, multiplayer excellent, a pity about the lack of imagination designing maps tho...

What you might find is that they'll release new "lego" maps, ie maps that are particularly bare with extra addable items that make it almost like full map editing.

I really hope they re-do the Lockout map from Halo 2, that map is still the best Halo map around!
