Halo CE

Ok since i was getting nowhere to get UT2004 going, i decided to try HALO, low and behold it WORKS...

I've managed to get a round of Halo CE going playing Lan, no internet via two wifi adapters
connecting directly to each other on Win 10 using the Adhoc method.

My wifi adhoc lan connection with CNC Generals, is sound, no disconnections.

However every 3 to 5 minutes
in HALOCE the joining player gets disconnected.

Does anyone know of a setting i can check or tweak to make the connection more stable ?

I made a post in your UT2004 thread.

Why not try a cross-over network cable? :erm:

Will save you the frustration of having to deal with adhoc wifi connections as not all of them (as you have seen) will yield positive results with all games.
