Hamachi Help Please

Ok so i'm basicly a LAN virgin. I downloaded Hamachi last night because i want to use it to play COD a bit. Thing is, I dont have a clue what to do with Hamachi I added a network all ready called "cod4x-6 pass:gamer" from this thread: http://mybroadband.co.za/vb/showthread.php?t=95628

I see there's 5 people online at the moment. But how do I use Hamachi to play?

I just recently started using it (for Sacred 2) so also bit new with it but what I know so far. The Hamachi network should be first in the list of network adapters so that its the first to be picked up by the game, well that was the case with S2. From there it should be quite simple, people who wanna join your COD session should just use your network and password and then ingame one of you start normal LAN server and the rest should see it. Btw, when I was trying to host a server for S2 I had to forward ports on my router firwall for both the game and for Hamachi. Juct check those if other palyers can't see your server or conenct to it. In hamachi you can tell it which port to use, check Preferences-> Status -> Detailed Config. There you can set the UDP and TCP ports . I also disabled connect via proxy there.
