Not sure where to post this.
We use Hamachi and remote desktop to connect our different branches to our server.
All have been running fine for the past 4 years with a little hick up here and there.
Since last week Friday we keep on getting relayed tunnel problems when the branches try to connect to the server.
It happens when server is on Comtel wireless and it also happens when server is on Telkom LTE.
We have switched off the firewall and antvirus for short periods to see if it makes a difference but it remains the same.
We restart everything every now and then and then everything works fine for a day or half a day and then all of the sudden it happens again without us changing anything in our settings.
In Hamchi at the peer connection settings under traffic filtering we also selected allow all, it does not make a difference.
To confuse matters worse, it is not all the branch computers which gives relayed tunnel problems, sometimes it is 6 out of 13, sometimes 4 out of 13.
Most branches are on ADSL
On my own computer I can switch my connection between ADSL, LTE and Comtel wireless and even that does not make a difference, I still get the relayed tunnel. Even if I am on the same connection as the server at the same premises I still get a relayed tunnel.
We do no know were else to search for a solution. Any pointers will be much appreciated.
