Hand it out already

what contribution has ICASA in any form contribute towards our telecoms sector? Its no good having a a regulator who has its own handfull of favorites? And isn't a regulator supposed to be in place to give everyone operator a fair shot? because they seem way more interested in doing the the contrary. I say ICASA should be replaced by a leaner body, because its a deficient machine at this point.
