Hi People,
A bit of advice and help would be very much appreciated here before I go totally nuts! I have just upgraded & my missus is taking over my old s4. I don't seem to be able to clear myself off that phone eg. SMS still comes out as me (which is really annoying her!) Google account doesn't want to clear - accepts her but I can't get my name off. The list goes on! Can anyone help?

Hi Llew

The easiest way would be to factory reset your phone. This will completely remove all user data and set the phone to a state that it came out of the factory.

A quick google reveals the following link
https://www.ifixit.com/Guide/How+to+Wipe+Samsung+Galaxy+S4+Data+-+Factory+Reset/23217

Be sure to back up any user data you may need(eg: Contacts/ pictures etc)

Hope this helps

Hi Dee96,
Thanks for replying. Yeah, I was hoping there was a way of doing it without resetting! :'( Thanks anyway.
Llew
