got my gf a new phone from voda on family topup? After a few days playing with it she realize it doesnt have all the features she require. We went back asking to exchange the phone for a differant brand the woman who helped us that day refuse to exchange the handset for another brand. Today my gf discovered that the phone had software issues. Because its under the first 7 days they exchange it for the same handset and yet refused to exchange for different brand at that point. I remember a friend told me once that you are allowed to exchange a phone if your unhappy. Is this woman just trying to be on purpose not exchanging it?
