Hannes Dreyer - Wealth Creator

Everybody that can read and follow, cannot possibly be rich simply because theres not enough resources, and those that are would hardly let most be "rich" and in the process makes them "poor", this is actually simple reality, so be rich in your dreams, or if everybody is rich, my prediction is eveybody will starve to death not wanting to work.

It means precisely that. I went to his course in 2008. I did his property investment course and I think it cost about R2500. At that course I learnt about concepts such internal rates of return, net present values and how important cashflow is to an investment especialy property. Then I go back to university and lo and behold in second year finance these same concepts are taught as fundamental ways of evaluating investment spend.

I also applied these concepts to evaluate companies listed on the JSE, invested cash and used the profits to pay for my university education. My question still stands, how much do you think the average South African knows about internal rates of return et al? What may be common sense to you might not be common sense to others. To a certain extent I get where you're coming from but I found value in what the guy said. Why does that make me an idiot?
Easy. Internal rate of return is the rate of return that isn't External! Therefore Internal rate of return

I too smart for my own good

I can say that property has set me a step ahead of my peers. Also, that if one does not take a chance, you have no chance. I also know there are many fly by nights looking to make a quick buck. I have a little info and background of Hannes Dreyer and that has assisted me. Yet not enough to be able to absolutely vouch for him. I will just say that and not be degrading or try to uplift the guy.

I would appreciate if anyone could also share actual informed info on this and not just be funny for the sake of being funny.

At the end of the day he is what I would call a “common sense salesman” operating in a bit of a cloak and dagger fashion claiming to have “secrets”.

Now depending on where you fall on the common sense scale I’m sure many of these secrets he reveals may be eye opening to you and probably exactly why there are so many believers, but to the rest of the people it’s mostly things they’ve always known and simply applied as common sense principles.

There’s likely nothing he teaches that you couldn’t find for free elsewhere, you’d just need to apply yourself a little bit whereas he puts it all together on a platter for you.

At the very least he isn’t claiming to make money for you and asking you to invest with him, so he’s not stealing your money. He’s just selling you free information as a “product” that is really free information.

You’ll likely find all the same information reading one of Warren Ingram’s books.

Thanks a lot. Appreciate your honest view.

So from a University he created himself?

Because the only named University there is the one he dropped out of.

Very cleverly that website doesn't use the word degree anywhere either and just a shitload of acronyms.

Curious.

More interesting is that the only references you find to this guy online are of the self-promotional sales pitch variety.

Ha and here he is pitching Crypto...same name but suddenly not a doctor and completely different pictures...but the same origins of Wealth Creators Method.

It feels more and more scammy by the moment.

Crypto "Influencer" popping out of the woodwork just in time:
