I like the Zorin OS dist. It is very much like Windows and even lets me download Chrome to access my Google Cloud apps.

I will be honest and say that I have never liked Zorin. For a daily driver I am still happy with Ubuntu. Canoncial have upped their game now, and they will be keeping up to date with the Linux kernel. For gaming it is CachyOS, or EndeavourOS. Now you have Bazzite, but I will take EndeavourOS over Bazzite.
Lakka is cool, but it is a niche. Some like Nobara I don't. The same with ChimeraOS.
I don't even realise it, but I use ParrotOS a lot, and I also use Kali, though both in VM. I tried Athena Nix, and I can't get into Nix. I need to spend more time with Nix.
For people who switch, dumping Windows, I guess Zorin is a good choice. It is only that I like Arch, oh, Fedora is still cool too.

Watched a comparison video done with Zorin and Mint and Mint came out on top, but glad you are liking Zorin.

This depends on what the user wants. Zorin is based on the Ubuntu LTS, giving it good stability but lacking the latest features of the non-LTS versions. Zorin is currently on kernel 6.8, while the latest Ubuntu is on 6.14. Something similar applies to the Gnome desktop.
Zorin also offers a paid for version which includes software bundles. You can download the same software for free from the repos.
A friend who was thinking of transitioning to Linux asked if I could look at this OS in a VM. It seemed like a good one for people moving from Windows, especially since it tries to make things easy.
