But why?

If its like that you can't take the boiled eggs, take the shell off, cut it in half, take the yellow halfs out and mix it with mayonnaise and put it back in the hole and lightly sprinkle with cayenne pepper

Only useful trick I learnt was using a spoon to peel a boiled egg... the spinning did nothing :erm:
