I have the feeling that this new hard cap is finally going to start affecting me next month
So i have lodged a formal complaint, after much explaing to the lady she finally took my complaint. That the 3GB hard cap is unethical and a breach of contract, not only a common law marketing contract, for a hard cap is NOT broad band but a legal contact for i singed up to a service with a 3GB soft cap and have had no notification of a alteration, let alone singe one.

If any one else wishes to lodge extra complaints i encourage it, my case number is ARS102470 but please log a separate complaint and just quote that some one else is not happy.

please also post case numbers here so we can keep track of how much they care.

If there are a few complains regarding the same issue they will have to look at it. (well keep it in mind that we are talking about a company thats protected by Government)

If there is an isolated case here and there it is just a waste of time, unless you follow it up but, it will cost you more money then just getting a new account somewhere else.

Very much my point but it is much hard to ignore a long list of complaintes, espeshly when they all have interlinked case numbers.

Yeah i know i should of joined in months ago but i have been in the uk.

They will undoudtedly ignore the hell out of any complaints of this nature, but at least they will become a matter of record. If enough complaints are lodged and ignored it could be escalated to a higher authority. Even if this idea does nothing more than cause Telkom embarresment then I say go for it.

Unfortunately I only signed on with Telkominternet after Nov 1st so I don't have a case.
