Need help cloning my laptop hdd with a ssd.

What's the easiest and safest way to clone ?

Just make sure if it is a GPT or MBR... We find that ghost can't do GPT (UEFI) partitions.

Accronis can do it and it does work. Never had Ghost make a working copy of GPT (UEFI)

Thanks for the info guys.

Im cloning my laptop hdd to Samsung EVO 850 SSD.

On my other laptops I just did fresh installs but this one I cant.

Ok if I had to download any free versions, then wouldn't I need to plug in the SSD to the laptop to begin the clone ?
