No ... came from somewhere to supplier, supplier sent to Taiwan, Taiwan returns refurbished card ... I purchase it from supplier

Thats how all the refurbs I sell work. However, they are still under warranty with Asus ZA based on the serial number. First 2 digits are year and month made. I haven't got the card yet, but due to the fact the GTX 285 is a fairly newish card, you will still have at least 2 years on the warranty.
