I received mine a week or two ago, the stock ROM is poor but I immediately replaced it with CM10.1, very smooth now. The WiFi range is a little limited and the screen suffers from a bit of bleeding but not too serious. It also arrived with a stock screen protector but that was so prone to marking that I removed it. I ordered a smart cover-esque case which will hopefully protect it. Other than that it is well worth the money, very happy with it, great for web browsing and reading textbooks at varsity.

I am quite enjoying stock. I might install cm though. I have no bleeding on mine, so all is good

These always go on special from all suppliers stocking them. I think they were even cheaper a while back. Takealot has a lot of specials on these. It is still a very good deal!
