Hi,

I also placed an order on Friday at Nivo for the TS16GUSDHC6 (16GB Class 16). I just got an email that says they ran out of stock befre my order was placed :(

Did you guys get yours?

Bummer. I got SMS/email yesterday afternoon to say it's shipped. and another this morning to say it is out for delivery with the couriers for today, so should be there when I get home.

Just got the new Rectron pricelist and seems the new ex vat price is sub R300, so I would imagine they will be available everywhere soon at around that price. I could have got it cheaper if I hung on a week... oh well...

Edit: Parcel arrived, all legit, tested and it works as it says in the tin. So it's just a good price reduction from the manufacturers.

At that time of going to print their site indicated " In STOCK !!!!!!11!1oneone " yada yada. In other news: My NIVO order of Thursday is still stuck on 'preparing'. :( :confused:
 
anyone know where I can get a nice mouse for cheap? decent gaming one will do.

Kinda misleading if you ask me. Caveat emptor I guess.

In other news.... NIVO managed to @(#&46 up my first ever order with them, "eish meneer, nada stock", thereby tarnishing my view of them to a great extent. No one seemed to have bothered to contact me about my order I made a week back. So nice of them. I had to call them... to find out wth is going on. Is is really that much of an effort to expect some degree of service in this country?

The normally reliable PROPHECY has also given me the run around about the Transcend 16Gb that I ordered last week. Website said "in stock" when ordering, then new eta was given, now "no idea when it is coming". No replies to emails either.....
